Technical Architect
Location: Denver/Evergreen Vicinity, Colorado
(on-site / no relocation)
Our Technical Architect is responsible for helping direct the vision, design and architecture of software solutions in response to client needs. The technical architect is an active team member and may also serve in a team lead role on joint development efforts. As a key client interface, the architect will be able to communicate technical information in business-relevant terms and work with client sponsors and team members at all levels.

Responsibilities
- Interpret business and functional requirements into a strong design
- Document design solutions and implement according to the design
- Develop comprehensive unit test harnesses for all code developed
- Apply industry best practices and standards when project requirements are lacking
- Work closely with other developers, project managers, database administrators and QA
- Identify opportunities for process improvements/efficiencies and drive adoption of high priority/high value improvements within the team
- Provide technical assistance and technical training to other departments.
- Manage time effectively with minimal supervision to accurately scope projects and ensure that projects release on-time
Required Skills and Experience
- BS or MS in Computer Science or equivalent
- 8+ years of experience in software development
- Demonstrated track record of full lifecycle development of a multi-tiered web application including architecting, developing, rolling out to production and supporting critical web applications
- Demonstrable end-user interface development skills and understanding of user centric interface design principles
- Ability to quickly master new web technologies and push the envelope for performance and reliability
- Object oriented programming and defensive coding ability accompanied with strong analytical and problem solving skills, demonstrated use and knowledge of design patterns
- In-depth debugging skills; ability to reach out and use team strengths to solve problems
- Ability to work independently and in small collaborative teams
- Experience developing web applications with one or more programming languages
- PHP highly desired
- Enterprise PHP architecture and implementation experience
- PEAR packages and framework architecture
- Smarty Template Engine experience
- Expert understanding of Web Standards (HTML, XHTML, CSS, XML, XSL, JavaScript, Web Services, RSS)
- Experience working in Linux, BSD or UNIX environment.
- Working knowledge of Apache
- Experience with Agile or XP methodologies or related iterative development processes
- Knowledge of Continuous Integration and related technologies (ANT, JUnit, PHPUnit, Simpletest, CruiseControl, etc.)
- Knowledge of Software Development Lifecycle Tools: source control (Perforce), bug tracking (Test Track Pro), etc.
- Experience with developing e-commerce platforms
- Knowledge of web security
- Content management integration

Graphic Artist
Location: Denver/Evergreen Vicinity, Colorado
(on-site / no relocation)
Our Graphic Artist is responsible for all aspects of the graphic design of projects being developed by the
team, creating concepts, providing look & feel, executing designs, and maintaining design concepts through all phases of a project.
You will also be responsible for managing the art production for your projects, including assessing art resource needs, finding
resources (internally and externally) in concert with other Designers and Project Coordinators.
